There is no rocket science in this thing and the more tired we are the more easier it'll be for us to sleep.
Like today it was another busy day and I'm already yawning at 9.30 pm and may sleep inside 30 mins but if I didn't sleep now then it'll be little difficult to sleep later.
Do you sleep at fixed time daily and wake up around fixed time?

I do not have a fixed time but I mostly sleep between 12 and 1 in the night.
It is only occasionally that I sleep earlier.
The morning waking up time is between 7 and 8 with some exceptions.

That's true. But sometimes we are too tired and yawning but body fails to sleep because something troubles the mind. Thankfully such days are very rare for me. I have a fixed sleep wake rhythm and I sleep like a baby
Have a good night sleep.
