One of the schools we transport for is done for the year. I do not have to get on the bus so early.
I will, in fact, drive in to school and get on the bus there.
We are waiting to see if my student's family remembered to send him what he needs for swimming, as his class has a swim party today.
So, we have a full day today, half day tomorrow, half work day tomorrow, and work day Wednesday. Then it is summer break.
Good Monday morning to you.

The knife went into the palm of my hand, using a surgeon's description, it was in the distal palmar crease, just below the base of my ring finger. I have a bruise about the size of an American half dollar coin. I do not know if you have longer breaks through out the year or if you just attend longer or more days than we do.

@LadyDuck We have a Christmas break that lasts from about Dec. 22- January 3. Our spring or Easter break is not so long. My hand will be fine, I did not seem to hit anything vital. Burns are awful. I am sorry that happened to you.

@GardenGerty I badly burnt my hand in the same position a few years ago, I had to rush to the ER. I hope you are healing well.
I think that the longer school break is for the Christmas Holidays, usually more than one week and another week for Easter. I cannot remember other long breaks.

We're having summer weather now, so I guess it's good to enjoy it when you can, but normally, summer vacation starts at the end of June around here. Of course, with covid, shut downs, and home schooling, what difference does it make?

Not a good Monday yesterday for me. I had a really bad headache. I feel better today.

@GardenGerty It could have been the heat, my period, and stress.

I cannot always stay asleep, like today, Tuesday. But it is just one day at a time.
