Find Myself Playing The Waiting Game Again

Oh I dislike it so much when I have to play the "waiting game".
10 days ago, I made an appointment for an electrician to come over
and do some work.
He promised to here today, sometimes after 10 A.M. I am still waiting
and it is now after 2:00 P.M.
I am getting more and more frustrated by the minute, I am afraid that he
will not show up at all and will have to look for another one.
Meanwhile, I have to keep myself busy with other things, I am getting
a bigger headache with all that "anxiety".

Did you try calling him? There's no excuse for an electrician not to call you if he was detained.

Oh I feel your pain. Like the tech that came today was supposed to call first and do you think he did? I was just thinking he was not going to show..when I heard a knock on the door. This is the second one from that company that did not call first..

Today Nicolás said that he´d arrive at 9:30. He came way over 10 AM. Now he writes in his tables that he is going away 2 hours earlier because his GF waits for him.

That is pretty bad that he wouldn't give you a call or text to give you an updated time of when to expect him. I hope you get the job taken care of soon.
