Am probably headed to the ER / myLot

I haven't eaten in 4 days and haven't been able to keep even small amounts of water down. I am not in extreme pain like I was last month but I can't stand for very long and feel very weak. At the very least I need IV fluids. I don't want to go but I can't keep putting this off. I'm waiting for my cell phone to charge and then I'll probably head out. I just hope it isn't too busy.
