A rose plant or bush always attracts us because of its beauty. There are over three hundred species of roses and roses are cultivated all over the world. I have few plants of different colors of roses in my garden and they bear flowers almost throughout the year.
In Delhi, where I live, we experience all sort of weather conditions from scorching summer to chilly winters and rainy season.
Roses bloom in winters most, their flower stays for 2-3 days. However, in summers the rose flower withers in day or two due to high temperature. It is treat to watch blooming roses.
Do you love roses and would you buy roses for someone? If you have a garden, do you have rose plants in your garden?

I understand that weather is such at your place that roses lasts full one week. Colder and humid the weather, longer a rose survives.

@LadyDuck Your summer season apparently has such temperature which we experience in our winter season here in India.
In your winter season, there might be snow and very low temperature, in that case also roses do not grow.

@dpk262006 When it is cold, we do not have the roses at all, in summer it is hot and dry, but the roses last one week, because it is not as hot as your country.

yes i have rose plant but monkey destroy all plants , here monkey destroy much plant as well as neighbours plants too.

@ankurdini - Yes monkeys destroy many plants, when they come in groups. They may destroy a rose but as rose plant has spikes, it is difficult for them to destroy it, though they may destroy the pot.

yea monkey comes in groups and destroy not only plants also many others things.
yea rose plants have spikes, but monkey eat only rose they not much destroy this plants.
but when monkey off then they can do anythings.

I don`t have a rose garden but I love roses. I never experienced buying roses for someone but I receive roses from my husband

Nice to hear that you love pink roses.
In winters during December and January months temperature drops to 4 degree C here in New Delhi.
