BLT Pasta Salad

Another light dinner on this warm Friday evening. BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato) pasta salad. I enjoy all kinds of pasta. You can do so much with it, add different ingredients. And you have a nice meal. Baked bread is also good with it too. I had some sourdough bread. Added butter and put it under the broiler a couple of minutes. Oh it was so good. I could eat just the bread. The salad has pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and arugula. I use whatever kind of greens I find at the store in mine, usually not arugula. And the recipe calls for purple onions. I add those but I take them out of my bowl. Enjoy your evening and weekend everyone.
