What's for supper?

I made something for supper last night in the insta pot but it didn't cook enough so we had it tonight instead. I don't know what is called maybe ranch chicken? My friend makes it in the oven. Cooking it there might work better.
I cooked boneless chicken thighs with whipped cream cheese and a packet of dry ranch dressing I presume. When the chicken was done it gets shredded. Then you add cheddar cheese and for pieces of cooked bacon crushed into pieces.
The cream cheese didn't mix well for me but might do better in the oven. Plus it burned the bottom of my pot so I have one more thing to clean.

@Scrapper88 I love scalloped potatoes but could never get them to be as good as my mom's so quit trying. Now I don't have potatoes much because I'm trying to lose weight.

@LadyDuck neither did I until I bought the ranch packet. At that time I found that my friend makes the same thing in the oven although I didn't know the ingredients I needed were the same at the time.

Being whipped it was easier to spread around. Possibly I was supposed to whip up the block is cream cheese, I don't know.

You may want to look for an online recipe first. Either I did something wrong or I don't know but I think it could have been better had I done it differently.

@rebelann I would melt the cream cheese more and mix it with the shredded cheese before adding it to the chicken. Methinks anyway.

Yeah, sounds like that would've done better in an oven.

The cream cheese was lumpy and hard to mix up to be creamy later.
