Hello Rainy Day

Well today has turned out to be a rainy, rainy day. We did not make any plans to go anywhere so enjoying the quiet day inside watching television.
I'm browsing on my computer and also doing a little MyLotting.
One of the sites I am looking at is MeWe. It is a new social media site similar to Facebook. I opened an account there last year. Facebook continues to add new restrictions on people and I have just about had enough. If you would like to connect on MeWe with me send me your user name in Messages.
Are you having a nice and sunny day today or stuck with rain like I am? Are you on MeWe?

I've not heard of mewe before and don't plan on joining at present.
We haven't had rain for several weeks but we are getting some heat and humid weather. I still have to check to see how long it might last.

I've never heard of MeWe. I don't use Fb so probably won't bother with a new one like it.
It started sprinkling here a couple of hours ago.

@DaddyEvil Right now my yard is mush. Pools of standing water here and there. It is going to take a solid week to dry it all out. We had just gotten dried out from the last week of rain.

@kareng Yeah, but we can't always have what we want.
You know the ground needs all the water it can absorb right now. This summer is going to be even hotter and will get really dry, so enjoy the rain while it lasts.
I just don't want any more flooding. Twice this Spring is twice more often than we normally get...

MeWe is a good platform. They have less filtering than facebook, and sad to say that allows a lot of Conspiracy Theorists a platform.
I've blocked a lot of people there.

@DocAndersen It's crazy! I think that is the biggest flaw there finding your friends! I know when I first joined and other friends were also, we couldn't find each other.

it isn't easy to find people on MeWe. There are a lot of interesting blogs, but like FB and others it is slowly devolving.

We haven't had any rain here in a few days but it's supposed to rain at some point today. I've heard of MeWe but I am not on it.

It's supposed to rain here today too. I've heard of MeWe; but I haven't joined. What restrictions are you talking about on Facebook? Have a good week.

@LindaOHio They have also done something to events and groups where you are limited with invites. On events? Hello, it seems like the more you invite the more successful and used is Facebook. But then again I guess they don't want us to use it.

Wish it would rain here Karen.
I joined there that Mewe but was not impressed with it.
I am no longer on Facebook tho I can understand about why you are not there either.
