I have not done a whole lot today and I have not had a lot to say.
After church we went into Newton. We wanted to go to a Mexican Restaurant we used to go to, but it is closed on Sundays.
Instead we went to a place called The Bread Basket. When we have gone before it has been German Mennonite cooking. I thought that was what they served.
Well, it may have been sold or something.
Still lots of good homemade breads, and today there was turkey, fried chicken, roast beef, tilapia and breaded shrimp.
Hubby got too full too fast. I had some salads and lots of the other fixings and I got full too. Not sure what we shall eat tonight.

@GardenGerty Me too and I think we will go that option tomorrow since we both have doctor appointments in Baton Rouge. I'm thinking Chinese take out for the win!

Home made bread is always good. We ate slices of a cinnamon swirl loaf.
