Pallika Bazar is an underground airconditioned market in New Delhi. There are many gates through which one can enter but one must remember the number of the gate from where on enters as getting out through another gate will take you to a new place and confuse you It happened to us once.
It is a huge market and there are countless stalls with a variety of items. With Malls mushrooming I wonder if it is still famous. We had been there years ago.

Someone here said that they are costlier but I do not think. It is not just buying but a nice experience getting down there and roaming around

Being in Delhi I have visited it many times and yes the market is very good and one can see many tourists here. Although I have not bought anything from the market as I found things are costly there still the place is good to see at least once

Did you ever lost your way?
I remember we were returning from Nepal where I had to take care of a Conference. While at the airport waiting for our flight back home we realised there was time for the plane to arrive and so we decided to go to Pallika Bazar not realising getting there and back would take hours but somehow we reached the airport on time Other members were waiting for us (lol)

@allknowing yes I was lost when I was a child and had gone there along with my parents. But luckily my parents were able to found me within 5-10 mins .
