Cassava crips/chips

I rembered I posted a discussion about my favorite food of boiled cassava but I didn't mentioned that it's also possible to cook cassava crips or chips.
Cassava chips/crips are very tasty and delicious, I normally like to eat as snacks for breakfast
I like adding some chilli into cassava chips .

I think we had plants of Cassava in my mother's home and we only cooked the tuber.

I do make them at home, both cassava and potato. It's a good and healthier alternative to store-bought chips.

in my area , we make boiled cassava with coconut milk in it..put a little salt and little sugar

One of my favorite snacks. Haven't tried it with chili though. Will do that next time.
