i went to pickup my prescription. I didn't look while in the store as ice been on this prescription for 10 years. Well I get home and it's not thr same prescription. I take it back and even though they claimed it's the same thing I doubt it. Just to save $20 for the cheaper version. I Pent 30 minutes arguing with the lady to change it to the right prescription I was prescribed not this.

Do your research before you argue with someone over it. Companies often change names, or you might get a generic brand of the same thing at half the cost. Happens to me sometimes.

It's not the same thing. It's wasn't even the same hormone levels. So no she had no idea. I listened to them before and ended in the hospital. She should of seen this on my file ans it was written on it to give this prescription and this only. She only tried arguing because they now can't sell it ans Noone asked to give me this one.

I didn't think I'd ever have to make sure they give the right prescription

I don't mind generics. When I first started taking Prozac, there were no generics for it, and it cost about $500 a month! But it worked for me, and now the generic does, too.

I react to most generic brands. It's something in it. Last time I ended up passing out at work, throwing uo everywhere and at the hospital. The lady just assumed you don't have benefits you can't afford it. I mean yes if it's a large prescription cost I can see like you said. But saving $20 ain't ain't issue when last time I had such issues

@BarBaraPrz She claimed it was generic brand I called ny doctor to ask ans he said it's not the samething. So now he faxes ny prescription with a note stating prescribe only what is written. The prep for colonoscooy I get the prep generic it's better. But this one prescription is way off. Hormones were higher (which could cause a lot more issues).

My husband quit getting his prescriptions through Safeway because somehow or other more than once they goofed his unusual name with a guy in Washington D. C. Same name!! Made my hubby pretty grumpy.
