I have an excel file few years ago that I tried to open this time but I'd forgotten the password. I entered all the possible passwords that I'm using but it's all wrong. I look up at the internet if there's any software that can hack a forgotten password and I'm glad I found that there is so I downloaded it. When it was successfully installed, I dragged my file into it and so it says that the password was successfully recovered but the software can't show it to me unless I will purchase the software. I can see the asterisks and it's an eight letter password so I'm trying to imagine that 8 letter word for the moment.
I hope you're are all doing good folks.

Now a lesson learned. I have so many created in Excel or in Spreadsheet but I never encrypted them.

There's always a catch. I hope you can recover whatever it is.

I hope you can figure out the password you used to lock the file. (There's a reason I keep a notepad with passwords on it. I hate to have to lock anything. *sigh*)

@ZedSmart You know, it's also possible the password has been corrupted since you locked the file. I had that happen once.
