My dinner tonight is Jollibee chickenjoy with rice and gravy.I like this because it is one of my favorite fastfood in my country. I am eating this alone because my daughters are having a sleepover to my mom's place. After my father's death my mom lose weight severely and one time she feel dizzy so me and my sister decided to let my daughters accompany her.So I am all by myself in the old house of my grandparents. Actually, this old cottage was turned over to my uncle the younger brother of my dad but he asked me to look after because he cannot leave his house in the city. So tonight I am enjoying this alone. What did you have for your meal friends.

Enjoy your meal, we are having " lengua " (cow's tongue) for dinner, my wife is still cooking and I have no idea what she plans to do with it

@janethwayne yes its well cleaned, boiled with spices and the first boiling is thrown, then it's pressure cooked. She made a recipe with white sauce and mushrooms instead of the traditional in tomato sauce and bay leaves

That actually looks tasty, but I would want a bit more chicken. As for dinner for me, it is only lunch time and I have not decided yet what I will make tonight.
