Have you tried Vegan Cordon Bleu?

I have read the ingredients of vegan cordon bleu and I will continue to prepare mine with real chicken, real cheese and real ham, it's healthier!

Is that with ham and cheese? Looks really yummy

INGREDIENTS: 1 block super firm tofu, 14-16 oz 1 cup vital wheat gluten 1/4 cup ketchup or tomato sauce 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 2 tablespoons neutral flavored oil ( you can replace with water if you are oil free) 2 tablespoons tapioca starch or corn starch 1 tablespoon white sugar 2 teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon coriander 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon salt is you think it needs more (the bouillon and soy add a bit of salt as is) 1 tablespoon Garlic or Vegetable Better Than Bouillon (I used garlic) 2 teaspoons liquid smoke 1 tablespoon coconut aminos or soy sauce 2 tablespoons water if need (add last) Glaze Coating: 2 tablespoon brown sugar 2 teaspoons dry mustard 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons soy sauce or coconut aminos From link below.. All the ingredients look to be healthy choices. The only thing that confuses me is why call it "deli ham"? We should call it something else? Lets call it yum yum in a bun.

I've not had vegan cordon bleu. I've not seen it in stores here, nor is it on the menu of any of my favorite restaurants. I may, however, have to give making my own a try one of these days. There seem to be quite a few recipes out there for it.

Since it's vegan, it's most likely plant based.

A vegan version - interesting - I have not tried that! I know there are vegan meats and cheese - some of it is pretty decent. Did you get it from a vegan restaurant?

Where do you buy this Vegan Cordon Bleu? You can either ask the shop assistant or read what is written on the package. There must be information what it is made of. Besides, there is info on the net which you could add..

Fake chicken, fake ham, and fake cheese. I don't know what it is made of but I do know that it contains a lot of chemicals!
