A Visitor on My Balcony

I am here again on my balcony interacting with you on Mylot. The weather is beautiful here as I can feel it and see it from the sky high above me. It is 24C only. Yay!
I was in my deepest thought what to make for dinner again in a few hours when suddenly, a loud sound landed on my balcony flower pot. It was a black beautiful bird. My cellphone was on my side on the table and I grabbed it to take a photo. Sad to say, the bird flew away. No photo then. I know it will come back again.
Although I live only a few minutes walk from the city, there are many trees in my neighborhood. I hear the chirping of the birds every day when I am on my balcony. I can hear them too early in the morning as they wake me up with their loud chirping.My bedroom window is always slightly open and so I can hear the birds chirping.

That’s fine @Tampa_girl7. It was not the first time that I missed taking a photo of a bird. Maybe next time, I will be lucky. I was lucky sometimes before. I have some photos of birds visiting me on my balcony. Thank you.

Birds don't seem to be easy for me and my camera to catch. I guess that requires more experience and practice than I have put in.

We live in a small city. Trees are so limited except in our public plaza. There are few birds there. We call them Maya.

I hope that bird comes again to visit you. We have so many birds i in our yard, because we live in a town surrounded my trees and woods.
I actually watched a mother bird feed her babies in my son’s birdhouse yesterday. Dad stood guard while she found food. Back and she goes all day long. The babies chirp when she’s there, but as a form of self preservation, are quiet when she leaves. So mesmerizing to see.

I think the bird will come back as I have feeder on my balcony. We have a lot of shrubs and trees here and the woods is not far from here as well that is why I hear the birds chirping all day long and they wake me up as well.
It is nice to see birds parents feeding their babies.

@thelme55 yes, we have a group of Ravens that live behind our house. funny, I give them foil and bird seed and they don't make any noise around our house.

I have a tree outside my bedroom window and sometimes there are birds there. One time there was a larger sized hawk. I was surprised he was on a small tree.

Birds create a symphony of sounds to enjoy. And as they say the early bird catches the worm and they sure do start singing early

I agree with you @dgobucks226. Though I am no longer an early bird, I still hear the chirping of the birds at the early hour of the day as my bedroom window is always slightly open when I am sleeping.
I also have my feeder on my balcony and every now and then the birds visit me.
