June 21 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today is a good day.
I'm thankful my car started this morning. My son told me he and his girlfriend are getting me a new starter. I don't know when, but every time I turn the key and it starts, is a good day.
I'm thankful I went to the Y this morning. I only used the pool. I didn't stay for the fitness center. My lower back bothered me, so I came home and did my workout on the foot cycle.
I'm thankful I got all my fitness goals today, minus the walk. It's a bit brisk today for the first day of summer, with temps in the lower 60s. The temps didn't keep me from the trail, but the wind gusting to 30 mph did.
I'm thankful for the nap I got after the Y this morning. I got almost three extra hours of sleep after a bad night's sleep. It wasn't too hot or too cold. I had an emotionally draining day yesterday that robbed me of sleep. I was up at 1 AM.
I'm thankful I finished the notifications this morning. It's good to visit with you and find out about your day in your corner of the world.
I'm thankful for the relaxing day I had. It really helped. I should get a better night's sleep tonight.

I am thankful that I will get paid on Tuesday by Branded Surveys and I got paid by Survey Junkie today. The money from the latter went to Pay Pal.

Glad that today was a good day....only in the 60's there or just earlier in the day? We have been up in the 90's lately.

I'm sorry you had an emotionally draining day yesterday which made it hard for you to sleep. Glad you got a nap in today. Hope you sleep better tonight.
I'm thankful for the cold front which will be coming through and give us a break for a day or so from the high humidity and hot days.
