Dixie had bought several chicken feet.
I knew that they were edible, but I had never tried them. She cooked them and she got the best broth ever.
We all had chicken legs broth yesterday but today, as Humberto was coming for lunch at around 4 PM, I served a cup of broth for me today too.
Humberto and I will have steaks (I will add a couple of small potatoes for me) and Dixie will eat lentils.
What are you having today?

I've never had chicken feet broth. It would be strange to eat it, but I'm glad it was good for you.

Feet from cows, pigs and chicken are a good source of collagen and they are cheap. I´m glad that they were good.

Chicken feet is good if it's super tender. Some alternative doctor medicine recommend eating chicken feet for those suffering fron arthritis.

At our age (over 70) we all suffer from arthritis. They have collagen.

Lockdown will not be so harsh from next week on. So I´ll return to my house probably at the end of next week.

Chicken feet are very tasty. I got them at a Chinese dim sum restaurant not that long ago. They were really good.
