Do you look at people's eyes when speaking to them?

I sometimes realise that I'm not looking at a person's eyes when speaking to them. I may be looking behind them or a little away from them. Some people find it tough to look constantly at a person's eyes when speaking. Where are you looking when you are speaking to a person?

I usually do, but have noticed myself not doing that a few times. Should make it a habit.

This happens when I am not confident or telling false I usually don't see in the person's eyes while speaking.

That's a good point. People may think you're lying if you don't look at them
