I tend to stoop a little when standing or walking. This is obviously not a good thing to do. Are there any practical tips on how to improve the posture while standing and walking in order to straighten the back and keep the neck neutral.

I too tend to bend a bit while walking. Need to be more aware of my posture while walking and sitting.
