It messed up

My sleep time is messed up AGAIN, yes again. After i got back my normal sleep time, all of a sudden it messed up again. Last night i couldn't sleep properly.
I slept at 1.30am and "woke up" bye 3am.
Then i went back to sleep and woke up again at 5am, and i can't sleep after that.
and then i felt sleepy by 8am so i slept again at woke up again at 9am.
I'm upset with myself, and then i can't sleep after that until now.
I hope tonight i can sleep proper sleep again .
How's your sleep? Do you always sleep and wake up with the same hour? Any tips to maintain proper sleep?

I've been up late the past couple of weeks because I started a side hustle that is in the graveyard shift.

@nzlz123 6-7 hours. Plus, I sleep after my shift at 5:00pm so that's another two hours or so.

I hope you get a better nights sleep tonight. I hate nights when I don't sleep well and it makes me tired the whole next day

oho..proper sleep is necessary for good health, i do have proper sleep , i don't know how ..stress always plays a role ..so keep your mind calm..
