I recently saw a video of a man who saved a small child's life. The child had wondered next to a busy highway when he saw her. He pulled over and called the police.
He was a hero, yet his story didn't start out that way for once he had spent ten years in prison for drugs, and while in prison decided to make a change. If he hadn't turned his life around then that child might be dead now.
Corrie ten Boom said, "this is what the past is for. Every experience God gives us, every person He puts in our lives is the perfect preparation for the future that only He can see."
Whether we make a difference with big things or little acts of kindness, this is the day He has prepared us for. Let us rejoice and be happy.

Interesting story. At one time this man was a good person who decided to make a poor decision and go the wrong way. Life provides us second chances. Glad this man turned his life around and gave this child a second chance at life.
