What is going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I am making what I had planned to do last night: spinach-ricotta gnocchi in red sauce over zoodles.The gnocchi are made and baking in the oven. The sauce was made a couple of days ago and waiting to be used. The zoodles (zucchini noodles) are chilling in the freezer until it is their time for the microwave.
That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I am not sure. We just had a thunderstorm blow through so I don't want to put anyting on to cook that will take over 30 minutes to fix. It will be something with the leftover roasted chicken or hot dogs or sloppy joes tonight. And that is good because I'm tired.

Interesting that you made baked gnocchi. My mother always made them in boiling water. I had a Meals on Wheels...Salisbury steak, beets (which I didn't eat), mashed potatoes, whole wheat bread and apple juice.
