"Keep your hands off of my body"

I was thinking about this earlier today. Republicans have absolutely NO PROBLEM trying to force a pregnant woman to have a baby. All they want is to overturn Roe v Wade and outlaw abortion. Men and women alike the GOP wants to dictate what rights a woman has to her own body and medical care. (they aren't big fans of birth control either) But these are the same people who are suddenly anti-vaxxers and are refusing to get the COVID vaccine. They yell and scream "you can't force me to do something to my body that I don't want to!" They wouldn't even wear masks. Sooooo it is okay when the government is trying to force a woman to have a baby but not okay when they are trying to protect public health? Seems hypocritical to me. Pick a lane.

I am not familiar with this. Are Republicans totally against abortion or just abortion after a certain time has already passed in the pregnancy?

No they are not totally against it. They are mostly against the abortion factories that promote that as the only viable option. Nothing is that simple and cut an dried. I imagine there are 'some' totally against and 'some' totally for on both sides of the aisle. Painting everyone with the same brush is a bit too simplistic and asinine. This is how the opinionated press present what they call 'news' and it's really sad to see a myLotter who does the exact same thing.

I don't approve of abortions and I'm definitely not a Republican. Unless, it's a health threat for the mother/baby. Why does the government think abortion is a political issue? It's not, it's a moral issue. The government shouldn't be dabbling in these things, instead of running the nation!

Abortion is a woman's issue. Old men in government (and younger men too) have no business telling us what to do with our bodies. They don't want to fund birth control but get Viagra? Give me a break!

@kobesbuddy Birth control should be free if the GOP doesn't want abortion

@NJChicaa Birth control, all sexually active females should be using it. Viagra for the old fogies, who are all worn out!

I guess I'm a pro-lifer; so I don't totally agree. The anti-vaxxers annoy me because I am ready to be rid of this COVID crap.

I've heard on the news the other day that those that are vaccinated are causing cases to rise because they are spreading the delta variant. They may be asymptomatic but can still spread it others. It was something to that effect.
