What I can understand is that Josh Elchert who is the owner of Heavenly Pizza which is located in Findlay Ohio is running a small business store since he showed a huge heart of compassion to his employees on Monday by giving all of his employees who worked their shifts that day the total amount of money made on that day. I have heard of sports teams having events like "Fan Appreciation Day" to thank the fans for attending their sports events at the end of the regular season. Josh decided on Monday to split up the profits of around more than $6,000 dollars and $1,000 dollars in tips which divided by the number of employees working on a hourly wage around $78 dollars an hour. Josh is doing this kind deed which he shared on social media since he knows that all of his employees worked extremely hard inside of his store to make it a success. One way of making employees inside of a pizza store is to appreciate their hard work by giving them rewards like extra money or gift cards.

I always enjoy stories like this. In part because rich people and business owners are generally painted as evil, greedy people. The truth is MORE rich people and business owners are NOT evil and greedy than are. I applaud this business owner.

You are right since a lot of rich people that assist the needy. They just do not want to make a big deal about it depending on the rich person.

@Deepizzaguy The rich get a shoddy deal if you ask me. They create things, invent things, invest in things, and those things create jobs for people and goods and services we want and need. I am not sure why the rich are vilified the way they are. Poor people don't contribute to society in the way rich people do, and the businesses rich people create can make poor people rich.

@porwest I agree with you that rich people work hard to be on top while poor people like to work the system to make money.

I agree with you since my former employer Domino's Pizza would give their employees a week vacation paycheck when any one of us had no accidents on the road during a certain period of time.
