Wow it is 68 degrees outside

My sister was telling me how low the temperature is getting at night. I did not even realize it. 68 in the summer is a lot different than 68 in the winter. I would be freezing my little butt off if it was winter. Feels great now. It has to be the overall heat in the day where it just does not feel that cold. I never really thought about that.

@crossbones27 We only had a couple of inches of snow the past winter. I am fine with cold, my husband not so well, this is why I am the one who shovel.

It looks like Hurricane Elsa came back to get us!! We are having a hard rain, very windy, lots of thunder & lightning BUT still warm--not hot, just warm--day!

It's been storming again here, so our mornings have started off in the lower 60s. (Yesterday was 64F and today it's 61F. That's nice to me.) Our high yesterday was 76F and the forecast says today's high will be around 78F. I can live with that.

I am jealous but you guys so humid. I sound like a foreigner remember I was born in Misery. Missouri. One day I will go back just not today. That is good you enjoying the weather though. Missouri does have some neat feels on its weather. I remember that as a kid. Whats that they say you can take the boy out of the country but you can't take the country out of the boy, something like that anyway.

@crossbones27 You got the saying right... And yeah, sometimes the humidity is a bit bothersome... Right now it's only 97%... Surely that wouldn't bother you.

We had the heat and humidity yesterday. Today it won’t reach 70 and I’m freezing! Crazy!
