You know it’s hot when you don’t even think about going to the toilet!
This might be too much information, but on a normal day I often wake up early and go to the toilet. Then I go again when I actually get up properly, and again a couple of times in the morning, especially if I drink coffee (as I do most mornings). Then generally again at lunch time, probably mid-afternoon, and before dinner and before bed. Maybe even once or twice more, I don’t usually count.
But yesterday was hot (29C which is very hot for here; 84F). We were camping, which is always a bit of a nuisance as far as night-time toilet breaks go because you have to unzip the tent (very noisy) and traipse across a dew-soaked field in the pre-dawn light. But yesterday I didn’t.
At 7 am, after I’d already been awake an hour or so, I went to the toilet block with Little One. After that we had breakfast and then I had a couple of cups of coffee, then we went for a day out and I didn’t even think about going to the toilet again until 3pm, and only then because we happened to be passing some public toilets and thought we may as well take advantage while we were near.
I have to admit this was marvellously freeing, as finding toilets when out somewhere is always a bit of a nuisance. But presumably it must have meant that my body was losing all that liquid some other way as a result of the heat!

@fleura I plan every outing around the availability of toilets. It’s not that I’ve developed elderly gentlemen’s problems; it’s just that after rearing 5 kids it becomes habit. One can step out in confidence to enjoy the day if one knows that there will be facilities to hand when needed. I always go before getting into a lift.

@Fleura many of my fears centre on lifts - getting stuck in a crowded lift and being the first to need to pee, getting stuck in a lift on my own with a very pregnant lady, and farting loudly in a lift. I also dread someone else farting loudly and me being the one to laugh out loud at them.

I guess because of hot weather, liquid in your body is easy to drain,so you reduced times for toilet.
