Have not been sleeping well the past two days. I am currently having back pain for two nights in a row that hinders my sleeping. My back wanted to be stretched all the time. And now I am really sleepy, I hope I can take a nap later.

Oh no - hope you feel better! My husband goes through that every now and then with his lower back. He puts a pillow between his knees and that usually helps him.

@much2say, my sister too always complain of a back ache. I told her to avoid eating salty and acidic foods, meat, and root crops for they trigger back. to ache.

@cacay1 Yah, certain foods can effect the joints/back too. Too much salt, acidic and meats are never too good. Ohhh, root crops too?

@rakski Oh.. No physiotherapists?? Otherwise, check on youtube!! Many chiropractors on YT and elaborate how to stretch and exercise for controlling the pain!! You must pay a visit to orthopedic.

So sorry to hear that. To sleep better, put a pillow between your knees, take a pain reliever, and try to stay in the fetal position. Feel better soon. I had to see a chiropractor for relief a few tears ago.

I feel the same on my lower back because I seat almost the whole day at home working. Standing up and stretching can help relieve it. At the end of the day, Resting from work is the best that could relieve me of that pain, and after that another day of the same routine.
