Nothing is permanent

Nothing is permanent in this world. Your wealth, power, position, youth and all the things you consider as your pride is going to diminish with time.
Have you seen the life of a lion when they are at the peak of their power? They rule the jungle,hunt animals,eat them until it satisfies their hunger and leave the crumbs for hyenas and move on to their next hunt.
But as they grow old with time, they become weak,unable to hunt,slowly starving to death and end up being prey to the hyenas.
It doesn't matter how much powerful the lion might be, at the end it is going to starve itself to death.
This shows that life is ephemeral and gonna end one day.
so stay humble, be kind.
The harsh reality is nothing will be forever in your life.

Nowadays, more people are realizing this truth. A huge crisis in the form of a pandemic has badly hit mankind. Now we need to understand that life is more important than wealth.
Ego has to be understood and observed. A small shopkeeper is no less important than a politician. Each and every person has his importance in socity.

Of course, if we believe in creation, and God, there is something that is permanent.
The fact that creation exists now, and not nothing, means that it has permanence about it.
It will always exist in some form, or another.
Because of time, life, and everything to do with life, seems to be impermanent.
Is God permanent, and if so, is there any part of life, or us, that remains permanently too.
The law of physics says that nothing is ever lost; all energy existing just changes forms, so in this sense, all is permanent. Only forms change around the inbuilt inner permanence.
It is the same with God, and with your soul.
They are permanent, and yet changes go on around them via creation, time, and change of energy, creating new forms continually too.
