White donut peaches

Marukai has white donut peaches sale 2 pounds for 3.99. It's crunchy, practically no taste like eating water chestnuts. Guess I should let them ripen a bit more.

Oh we have not gone to Marukai in over a year . . . we haven't made the drive out that way in so long. We see these white donut peaches in other stores though. Yah, I put them in paper bags until they get ripe.

@oahuwriter Sometimes they are good, sometimes they don't ripen well (they just get mushy). I guess we take our chances when it comes to that.

Yes, better after ripening. Sweet, slightly sifter, but mostly crunchy. Going to enjoy them for supper with waffles.

@oahuwriter I bought at Aldi 2 weeks ago, they only sold big quantities, I made a jam and it is delicious.
