Food Combinations That Are Made For Each Other

I'm talking about the food combinations which are very much popular and it's like inseparable and have a huge fan base and on the top of this list is Rajma Chawal which Is Basmati Rice with Kidney beans and this tastes awesome actually magical.
There are others too like Spinach and Cottage cheese or Kofta made of mixture of cottage cheese etc and not to forget my all time favorite Chole bhature which is Chickpeas and deep fried Fluffy bread made of all purpose floor.
Another one is Aloo prantha with Dahi or Makhan which is Grated Boiled potatoes mixture stuffed in Wheat bread and eaten with either curd or butter.

Not familiar with those foods so I cannot relate. Filipino foods has also it's set of combination foods and matching foods.

@Butterfingers We have kare kare and bagoong. Karea kare.is either pork or beed cooked in peanut sauce while bagoong is salted small shrimp. Both should be eaten together.

I think you have listed a lot! I might add Rice Pulao with curd or Raita (curd + some condiments) to this list.
There could be some other things as well!
