yesterday i made a lunch for my family - risotto with chicken and vegetables but guess what ---- too much rice 
instead of throwing it away or adding it in risotto - i made sutlija - rice in milk, it's common dessert people make in my country 
and it's great.
since i saw many posts like have you tried
i'll ask you: have you tried sutlija?

Here in my country, left over rice is mixed with chocolate milk or sweet cocoa topped with nuts. We call it "Champorado" or chocolate rice in US. But I'd absolutely try different variation of rice pudding, love the cinnamon in your sutlija. I bet I'll be addicted in this dessert with it's aroma.

I think it's same as Rice pudding and we call it Kheer

some people here make it with vanilla pudding too. maybe the texture is different that way. i mean, it is

i don't know, this was my first time making it haha but my mom fries rice sometimes or bakes it in oven, it comes out good.

yeah, i didn't mention that we add sugar and vanilla sugar to it.
