Fun Day at the Thrift Store with a 50% Off Coupon

One of my favorite thrift stores gives a 50% off birthday coupon for up to $25.00 off, which means you can buy $50.00 worth of stuff, and only have to pay $25.00! My birthday was last week, but I couldn't go until yesterday. I had so much fun shopping with my coupon. I bought $55.00 worth of stuff but only paid $30.00 for it.
I got a few new pieces of clothing, a few books, and a coffee mug for myself, and then a shirt and a book to sell on eBay. Shopping at thrift stores and saving money, or buying things in thrift stores to sell on eBay is SO much fun and one of my favorite things to do in life.
Do you have thrift stores near you or in your country? Do they ever give you coupons or have big sales?

Now that we've moved to the suburbs we have a lot of thrift stores to choose from. As you say it's great fun.

There are a few thrift stores in my area. As far I know they do not offer any coupons since they are mom and pop stores.
