My daughter Claudia came for a cup of coffee.

She brought me 6 eggs from her own hens. I call them "happy eggs" as they come from happy hens. They are petted almost as human beings. I had an extra electric heater and I gave it to her. It is a good idea to exchange goods. Claudia is thinking about having a smaller bed (she has a King size one) and she will give me her down bedding. I will be very happy as now I have 2 twin ones and it takes a long while to make my bed. I´m beginning to get proffesional at bartering. I want to use my things and give them away if I don´t use them. Being so much at home has made me see clearly what I really need.

Yes it does.. but sometimes it becomes tough to change things because of the cost.

@sjvg1976 logistics can be an issue....but definitely that would be cheaper than buying a new one

Yes that's always good to keep things which you may be able to use.

Do those "happy eggs" taste different?

They do. Those hens eat grain and veggies. "Normal" hens eat a lot of fish flour and the like. Here that is cheaper. But those eggs have a fish smell.

That's a very good thing to do, is use what you need. Enjoy your coffee.

We have to buy a new bed shortly for the guest room. I'd give them a double bed but Vince says a queen bed which is fair enough although we'll have very few visitors that stay overnight.

I saw Claudia give a kiss to one that was hiding among her plants some months ago. She thought she had lost her
