Yes, she was still very warm when I picked her up from the ground, She is very pretty and a good size.

@asianlady I can understand, I found one outside near our window, I put her in a small box with a wet rug under its body, I wet the beak and the heat and after a while the bird recovered.

Not a usual occurrence for sure. I wonder if that bird was trying to escape a predator?

Oh the poor bird! .. We have big glass windows and we often see birds flying and hitting the windows, but they only pass out for a few seconds and managed to fly away again..

Oh so sad, these sort of incidents do happen with Birds because sometimes they are unable to estimate the height they need to fly on
