My native language is Spanish and I´d be worried if my Spanish was bad. As it is, I have no worries about that. but my English has a horrible accent when I speak. I don´t mind. English speakers don´t pronounce Spanish well. We must be proud that we are capable of interacting in another language. I wouldn´t even dream about learning a language so different from mine such as Chinese.

I don't feel that way about English, but I know the feeling. I lived abroad in the past and I had to speak other languages. I am not good at speaking at Estonian and my Polish is even worse, but I had to speak those languages anyway because I worked in places where many people didn't speak English. Being in a situation where I HAD to speak those languages helped me get over my anxiety. I made many mistakes but people understood me anyway.
Most people don't judge you if you make mistakes while you are speaking, and even native speakers make mistakes sometimes. If you are worried about your mistakes try to imagine how you would react in the opposite situation (if foreigners use the wrong tones or make other mistakes while they are speaking your language) If you can accept their mistakes it might be easier to accept your own.

I took Spanish and Latin in school and thought both were very difficult I don't know if I could ever, ever master your native language. I have had exchange students in the past who all knew some English when they came to the US, but they all thought English was very hard, and it has so many slang words, contractions they didn't understand, and so on. Don't worry about what other people think. You are learning and trying your best, no one is going to think badly of you for that. Pat yourself on the back for doing so well with it all!

I am always impressed with people that speak English as a second language.
I overlook errors or mispronouncing of words. It's most likely they've learned the word by reading it. It must be difficult learning without the benefit of hearing others speak.
I would think that watching some videos or movies in English with closed caption on, set to English.
You can hear the words and read along.
If you can't actually practice with others for feedback or help with pronunciation, maybe closed captions in English will give you practice you need.
It may be a stupid idea, I don't know.
It's all I can come up with, short of a tutor.
