Good day myLotters!
Hopefully, everyone is doing great this midweek. The other day, I wrote about treating myself to some egg pies and how it brought back fond memories. @eileenleyva in one of her comments mentioned about favorite dessert of mine, cathedral windows. It was named as such because the design of the gelatin looks like colorful cathedral windows. Just so happened that I made some the other day. Of course, it ain't as delicious or as colorful as the cathedral windows of a popular bake shop here in Manila but it did hit the right spot for me.

Coffee jelly is a favorite of mine as well. I'm really fond of desserts.

I have tried egg dessert. I stop eating for it's too sweet.

You mean egg pie right? Yup, some brands are indeed too sweet.

That's great. I would choose Gulab Jamun which I'm not sure if I can call a dessert because it's basically a sweet but it's yummy
