A Day of Walking Around

After my checkup with the doctor, I persuaded my younger brother to walk around the city today. It is also my way to have an exercise. In fact, I wanted to do it daily. By the way, I am officially hypertensive with vertigo. There's nothing to worry about because I need to have the pills to deal with these health conditions. Are you hypertensive? How do you deal with it? Any activities done for today?

I'm glad the doctor figured out what was causing you problems, Shavkat. I really hope the pills are taking care of the problems. Yes, I have high blood pressure and take three different pills a day to bring it down to a decent level. Pretty and I are still going out walking 4 miles (about 6 1/2 km) every morning that it's not raining. I hope you and your brother enjoyed the walk.

Since I am in the medical field, I knew the fact that it is what will happen. For some reason, I need to have a final consideration to ask for a doctor's opinion. Luckily, I need to take a pill once a day. As of today, I tried to walk around all of me. I asked my younger brother to be with me last time because it has been 2.5 months that I did not go out of our house. Got scared to be feeling dizzy or be fainted being outside.

@Shavkat And you still should have asked your brother to go with you again. I don't want someone to find you after you got dizzy and fell down a hill or down steps while you're away from home. I hope you enjoyed your walk.

@DaddyEvil I am glad to say that I am far better than these past two months. I can walk around alone in the city. Now, I am looking for a job online. It seems that I lost my teaching job online with my previous company.

Are you hypertensive? I was possibly hypertensive but I had meds and now I feel better. How do you deal with it? I exercised regularly, had my meds, ate well, and drank a lot of water. Plus, I really found time to rest and relax. Any activities done for today? Just the usual body weight workout that I do.

I think I am now. I had my maintenance medicine now. Although, I am still on a borderline to be hypertensive. Same as you, I need to consider what you had mentioned. In the long run, I have to blame this pandemic because I stopped walking every day. Now, I need to do it.

I am on the borderline to be one. I was also surprised that I am falling into such a condition. Now, I am trying my best not to be stressed out and relaxed as much as possible. If not, a spike in blood pressure will happen. With respect to your body structure, I also need to trim it down to prevent fluctuating blood pressure. Brisk walking is fine as long as we are having an activity.
