It is not unusual for me to get hung up reading on Facebook, or myLot or Yahoo. I can stay for hours.
My preferred reading is not the salacious.. Not the gossip.
I follow groups that tell positive stories, like the site "Love What Matters". Things that tug at my heart strings but leave me in a happy peaceful mood.
Sometimes if I am feeling down, that is just the relief I need.

I follow a lot of buy-sell-trade-free sites. Some education sites. I follow someone called The Wesleyan Woman as I attend a Wesleyan affiliated church and what she says helps me be more mindful and authentic. I am connected to a few Lotters on FB as well.
