I thawed a chicken for tomorrow.

I wanted to eat chicken in a different way than the ones I have cooked and eaten lately.
So I am thawing a whole chicken and I´ll roast it tomorrow with salt and butter..
I will make a potato and onion soup to begin lunch and will use the interiors and the tips of the wings for broth.
Meanwhile, I am in bed mylotting and watching TV.
I got the idea of the soup from a post written by @The Sojourner
I will change the recipe according to what I have in my fridge though.

I eat it very often. It is less expensive than other meats and can be done in many ways.

Chicken broth can be used for many things. I also save it for rissotto.
