Hubby picked me up and took me to the doctor. It took a bit to sort of numb my sore. It was not that numb. A nurse came in and assisted, and the cyst was removed.
Right now it is still open, and packed with cotton gauze and bandaged over. On Wednesday I will go back and the doctor will look at it and decide if it is healing correctly.
It hurt a lot while she was removing it, but it feels much better now.
I am glad I took the week off.

For close to a month I have had a problem with a cyst, so I had it removed today.

My first cyst (under my right jaw) wouldn't freeze, even after three shots, and I ended up vomiting. He put in a wick to drain it but it came back the next year.

@GardenGerty He did manage to cut it out the next year. One good thing about it: no droopy jowl on that side.
