Help me create an awesome playlist!

A few months ago I shared on the different genres of music I enjoy. Some members of My Lot family shared what they prefer and it was simply great to read people's opinions. MyklJJ even shared his friend, Jake Martin's record 2BNlove and to-date, I love this song.
I want to take this further My Lot Fam! and need your input. I would like to add your favorite songs to my playlist so please share! Share ! Share!. I am an old soul, so songs from any era, with different styles will do.
I am currently listening to Sophie Hawkins- As I lay me down. If you love music too do check out Sauti Sol's Midnight Train, Insecure and Feel my love from East Africa. Also try Slai's ''Ne rentre pas chez toi ce soir'' from West Africa.
Update: I am compiling a list from your recommendations and will share it with you all when I finish.

My favorite song byThe Bangles is actually Eternal Flame. Grew up listening to it, then the song played in a tv show called Cold Case and it cemented my love for the band.

Lately, i have been listening on some covers of anime song by latin (?) cover band, Platina Jazz. Their music is so good and their cover isn't like usual cover. They rearrange the music into Jazz which is pretty interesting. My favorite of their covers is either komm susser tod or the real folk blues.

I love that song by Sophie Hawkins. But sometimes when i feel like i need to be tough to face the world i listen to Meredith Brooks’ B!tch song.

Midnight Train sounds interesting, i wasn't expecting this.

My tastes have changed so much that it's difficult for me to pick a favorite or recommend something. If I hear something that piques my interest, i'll listen to it. But, half the time I struggle to remember names of artists or titles.

This used to happen to me too untill I 'discovered' an artist called Josh Radin and I couldn't get a particular song out of my head. So I started creating playlists so I don't forget any songs I come across and fall in love with.
