Ardi Purba You're right. Eventhough we do get inside and listened to each story, it's kinda difficult to know which one is actually true and not. The truth only lies between that couple.

Ardi Purba It's more like coffee force you to keep awake whether it's at night or not. It's caused by caffeine and there's scientific explanation on how caffeine works. I'll leave the youtube link here...

Ardi Purba Accurate. That's one of the reason why i always give option whenever my friends asking opinion that might change their life, so that they do feel responsible for what lays ahead of their life.

Ardi Purba I am not considering my walking routine as exercise and tracking them, but i do spend at least 20 minutes of walking everyday with most of them because i walk to work everyday.

Ardi Purba I remember my friend said that "tired", "hunger" and other same kind of feeling is just some kinds of suggestion produced by the subconscious part of our mind. So, if we somehow managaed to alter that suggestion, we will probably never feel tired, hungry etc....
