My Wednesday and Happy September

I slept late this mornig because I couldn't sleep last night. I was tired and went to bed and ended up tossing and turning. I didn't get up though an finally fell asleep around 4 a.m.
After doing a few routine things inside and feeding the chickens, I headed outdoors to pick up sticks and limbs. I only stayed out there about 30 minutes since we had a heat advisory today. Hubby came out and "played" fo rmaybe 10 minutes but at least he helped. I'm going to keep after him with helping with this clean up because it is going to take forever.
I started the burn pile but it had a lot on it before the storm and those logs and sticks were probably still wet or damp and it just took a slow burn. I'll light it again tomorrow and keep it going. We have 3 acres of limbs to get up!
My next thing on my list was to go to town and call the nursing home. I had an email that just came through this afternoon to call the lady in the office. This is about mom's prescription service. Her approval cut off on 8-31-21. That info came in the mail today. I imagine this is a clue that she will be denied Medicaid and that paperwork will come in the mail soon. I missed her as she left the office at 4:30. Will try again tomorrow.
I came home and had a nice and relaxing soak in the tub. I'm inside for the rest of the evening and not going to to anything other than cook some dinner. Hubby is going to go out and get the eggs for me which is nice and the only thing I still needed to do outside.

Yep! I'm not going to hurry up to get it all done. Nobody can see back into the field anyway. Almost got a good path cleared from the house to the chicken coops today. I'll go back over that area tomorrow. I'm not doing much tomorrow because I have the afternoon shift at Girl Boss Boutique Friday.

@RasmaSandra That is a great idea to rewrite by combining articles. I wish they would get back to speed, but it doesn't look like they will. I should do the same and ask for deletion.

@kareng have not been there but will peek in tomorrow, Nothing seemed to be moving and I wrote again to admin but no reply, If nothing happens I want my account deleted along with my posts, It would be good to get the money due me but somehow I doubt that will happen, Right now I am combining some of my posts and making new ones to get some money from Vocal Media, I cannot repost the same posts but I combine information from several posts and have a completely new article, I mean they cannot sit on my stuff forever,

I wish I could have slept in late, as I had a restless sleep last night also. My stomach was bothering me, I guess I had a touch of indigestion. Like you, I think I finally fell into a deep sleep around 4am, only to be woken by my alarm an hour later. Needless to say, my butt was dragging at work today.

@moffittjc Do you like chicory flavored coffee? It has some pretty awesome natural abilities to boost energy. That may help you to not have to drink so much of it!

More bureaucratic red tape! I'm glad we don't have to deal with that. Our little housekeeper didn't show up; and I don't know when she is coming. Sigh.

i am so sorry about that never ending saga with your mom. i would wish you clear sailing, but I suspect that won't happen for a while.

wow what a nice routine and a lot of chicken to take care offf
how could I wish that someday in my old age I will just go around and watch the plants to flower.. Play with the pets and walk with hubby and kids ..hmm Happy life.

I have already returned the renewal paperwork. The lady in the office at the nursing home said she was sending it back in also. I didn't trust her since she has told me things before that never happened. Better be safe and know the paperwork has been done and sent in vs. not.

Good ! Woke up way too early, but went to a job "orientation" which involved me working with one of the teachers already there for 3 1/2-4 hours and getting paid for it !

@kareng I know medicare dont pay for all. But medicaid should pick up a lot of the difference if not all.

Are your chickens for consumption? You had accomplished many tasks this day. I hope your mom won't be denied by medicard health services. This day is my 4th day in online teaching. I'm not here in the day. I just drop by every evening here to fulfil my goal.
