Since I stopped drinking coffee, I finally found an alternative and that is coffee candies. We have these candies named Kopiko. I do think that it will not kill me for having one or two of it in a day. Perhaps it will not increment my blood pressure because of this idea.
Do you love coffee candies?

It might help you stop craving for the real coffee but I just hope they won't affect blood sugar levels since candies are known to increase sugar in your body. Although if your blood sugar levels are not yet elevated then it's not yet to worry about.

I've eaten them but no, they aren't my favorite candy... And yes, they will raise your blood pressure.
