I Missed the Deadline

Means I won't receive money on Thursday. I forgot to adjust my alarm at 12 midnight. If I was awake I should have requested cash out.
Request should be in before 12 noon every Wednesday. All cash out request after 12 noon will be paid the following week. Time is Central Time.
I woke at 1 AM (12 noon Central, USA time) because my alarm said so.
How often do you miss deadline?
