This pickle is made from bilimbis that grow in our garden It is a sweet and sour pickle. Although I do not much like pickle there are always guests that love it
No guest in the recent past but it will wait for their arrival whenever it will be

@allknowing no idea about it as am busy in teaching. I am not a fan in cooking no more time. It's my sister that cooks sometimes I order foods on line.

Yes, I love to eat pickle. I love sweet sour pickle but avoid spicy pickle. I mostly like sweet mango, olive and jujube pickle.
Pickle help our food digestion system and enhance taste to our mouth. But excessive pickle eating might effect negative to our body.

Yes it needs to be cooked - the sourness gets reduced that way
