Do they not make cotton socks anymore?

I need to buy myself new socks.
Everywhere I look all I see is polyester.
I want cotton.
If not 100% cotton then at least way more cotton than polyester.
And I want them to be thin.
I hate thick socks.
Maybe I have to resort to shopping for socks online.
So far, I've only been looking in actual stores.

These are long. I prefer shorter ones. But I will have a look if they have any others.

I don't really need socks, but I have notice some are getting a little tight. So I have put some socks on my Christmas list. Yes I have noticed that too on Amazon that are a lot of socks aren't cotton. I don't mind just as long as they are soft, comfortable, and cute.

Maybe if I wore polyester I wouldn't mind either but I don't really wanna buy those.

Walmart.com and Amazon.com have tons of options. There are a lot more online stores that I could suggest as well.

I will have to look there. Sucks I can't actually touch and feel the socks before buying, if I go that route.

it's better to go to physical stores. I've noticed too that most sold lately are made of polyester even most clothing. better to go to a physical store where one can actually touch the fabric or material.

That is what I prefer. But I've been looking for socks for a long time and can't find any. Recently, I did find a pack of cotton socks but they were very thick and high. Not what I want. I think I have no choice but to look online.

@lovebuglena you got no choice really. I also observed in some stores here they they didn't add items to their stocks during the pandemic.

Because the US quit some trade with China on cotton, cotton is very expensive and hard to find now.

Women's BUSTER BROWN 100% COTTON SOCKS (3 PAIR PACKAGE) they have these kinds on Amazon and the usual just above the ankle also lower shorter ones too

Supposedly they have polyester socks that keep away moisture... but I still don't want them.
