I honestly enjoy working in the yard this time of year. It is not too hot. I am just too old.
Based on just looking at what I would like to do I need to spend a couple more hours outside. It will not happen tomorrow.
It is very satisfying to pull up weeds and trim things that are growing the wrong way in the wrong place. I am loading up the trailer with trimmings from the trees.
The cats had fun following me from front to back. Always keeping their distance from the mower and such, but definitely wanting to know what I am doing.

My husband loves to do yard work, too. He mowed the front yard yesterday, and worked on the weeds around the house and flower bed.

I need to find places to move them inside here. I did not have very many potted flowers, but have had some nice perennials in the yard.

Although it was sunny yesterday, it was also windy, at times ferocious, and I was sure the fences would fail this time. But they're still standing this morning.

At least you got some things done, When I get really busy I always think that if in each day I could have 48 hours all would be fine and then I realize that it would make the days much too long and that wouldn't work out very well anyway,

Oh definitely! I always used to feel I had to pack in 2.5 times as much activity into the weekend as into the working days of the week (because there are 2.5 times as many working days) but since I started working at home the days tend to merge into each other and now there isn't enough time for anything|!
