Baked Nachos for Dinner

Decided on a quick dinner of baked nachos. This is an easy dinner. And can be cooked many different ways.
I used ground beef, pasta, cheese, tomatoes, tortilla chips, salsa, a few diced onions and sour cream for the topping.
Mix it all together and bake for about 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!

Well that sounds very very tasty! We are in midst of a festival and desisting from Onion and Garlic for around a week.
Yet once that period is over, we can try something like this.

Cool! All of those ingredients we usually have in the house, except the chips. Baked nachos. I think I'll get my daughter to try this. She is always looking for new recipes.

Yummy!!!
I'd had tortellini with tomato sauce and burger crumbles. Side of garden veggies to round it up. Going to snack on Doritos soon after myloytng.
